Perth Zoo has embarked on a journey of change with development of its 20-year Master Plan.
With the organisation on the cusp of an exciting transformation, ZPA engaged INK to lead Board, Executive, staff and key stakeholders in the development of a visionary and collaborative Strategic Plan. Over 9 months, INK with ZPA’s key internal and external stakeholders to define the organisation’s new strategic direction.
The stakeholder-informed Strategic Plan resulted in a new vision, purpose and values for ZPA and is a roadmap to realise its potential as a leading zoo-based conservation organisation and one of WA's most popular visitor attractions.
