Kings Park is one of WA’s most visited destinations and the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority is tasked with the privilege of shaping how the park is perceived, conserved, evolved and enjoyed.
Bringing INK’s independent perspective opened BGPA’s eyes to new ways of managing this important asset into the future. Board and executive workshops informed strategic planning and alignment with government priorities.
