Stakeholder facilitation
The global pandemic wreaked havoc on the arts scene, and state government needed to hear first-hand experiences, to inform their recovery package.
We facilitated a series of industry round tables with a cross-section of arts and culture stakeholders to guide development of COVID-19 recovery and funding packages. INK facilitated interactive workshops to help predict future pandemic impacts, imagine new product and audience initiatives, build digital capability and collaborate between public and private sector to build an exciting pathway that that puts the arts back in the limelight.
