Perth Markets Group Limited (PMGL) provides a critical link between Western Australia’s growers, wholesalers, retailers and fresh produce supply chain. As the only wholesale fruit and vegetable market in the State, around 194,000 tonnes is traded at their Canning Vale site each year.
In February 2024, the PMGL Board engaged INK to design and deliver a full day, interactive workshop where Directors and Executive considered the major strategic priorities for the business over the next three years.
INK led Board discussion around asset and precinct optimisiation, ESG and sustainability, organisational positioning, business modernisation, stakeholder engagement and investment strategy, with a focus on enhancing shareholder value and return.
