INK was commissioned by the Shire of York to undertake a minor review of its Strategic Community Plan and Corporate Business Plan, informed by community and stakeholder engagement.
INK’s delivered design and implementation of an integrated engagement and consultation program, including Elected Member workshops, community survey, facilitation of stakeholder round tables and open consultation period.
INK developed a new vision and priorities, reflecting community and demographic profile, economic drivers and the COVID recovery context. The strategic narrative and framing of both documents was significantly enhanced to reflect the Shire’s desired positioning of diverse heritage, vibrant community and prosperous future.
