The City of Cockburn is one of Perth’s largest local governments, a sought-after lifestyle location, recreation hub and economic powerhouse.
INK works with the City providing governance and strategy services including review of Strategic Community Plan and Corporate Business Plans, facilitating Elected Member workshops, vision setting, major project planning, business process reform and stakeholder engagement roadmaps. Specialist projects include new CEO induction pack and visioning for the Aboriginal Cultural and Visitor Centre.
