The City of Stirling required expert facilitation to deliver a series of workshops with arts, culture and events stakeholders, informing a new Arts and Events Strategy.
INK was commissioned to provide guidance and structure for stakeholder engagement including setting workshop goals, objectives, activities and agendas and delivering in-session facilitation techniques.
INK facilitated eight workshops across a broad range of stakeholder groups, including arts and events industry sectors and sub-sectors, and a comprehensive outcomes report that provided clear direction for strategy development. INK’s deep expertise in workshop planning and design delivered an optimum outcome for the City, through tailored and interactive facilitation customised to diverse audiences and the task at hand.
