The Swan Valley is one of Perth’s major visitor destinations, welcoming more than 5.4 million visitors each year, many of them locals.
INK was engaged by the City to impartially engage with key stakeholders to explore the concept of a Swan Valley Heritage and Cultural Centre, incorporating a visitor service function.
INK delivered a stakeholder engagement strategy to determine current perception, sentiment and ‘project demand’ amongst industry and community, and to inform a shared vision and direction aligned with local capacity, market and destination positioning. Outcomes included clear strategic direction with options for local and state government consideration.
